What is Paid 4 Clout About?

How Does Paid 4 Clout Work

Paid 4 Clout presents itself as a 100% legit platform which will help you earn money through your social media by inviting your friends and followers to join the platform through your unique Paid 4 Clout influencer link as well as for completing a variety of other very simple tasks which require no previous experience whatsoever.

Paid 4 Clout Referral Link

More specifically, Paid 4 Clout claims that you’ll earn

  • $25 just for signing up
  • $2 for each person who clicks on your Paid 4 Clout referral link
  • an additional $10 for each person who joins Paid 4 Clout after clicking on your referral link
  • $30 for filling in surveys and entering contests
  • $10 for installing applications on your mobile phone
  • $50 for creating YouTube videos promoting Paid 4 Clout

Okay, everything sounds pretty simple and straightforward up until this point right?

Almost too good to be true someone could say…

Well, the problem is that Paid 4 Clout never intends to let you get your hands on the money you’ve earned fair and square through it in the first place…

This solves the puzzling question “Why the heck would Paid 4 Clout pay me so much money for doing so little?”

They really won’t!

Let me explain further…

How Does Paid 4 Clout Work?

First of all, Paid 4 Clout lures you in with the promise of a “limited time” $25 sign up bonus…

Paid 4 Clout $25 Signup Bonus

Many people join Paid 4 Clout thinking that they can get their hands on that $25 bonus right after creating their account.

This is exactly how I ended up joining Viral Pay, a scam identical to Paid 4 Clout, for the first time a few months ago.

However, in order to qualify to cash out any of your Paid 4 Clout earnings, you need to

  • refer at least 5 people to the platform
  • complete at least 5 tasks on the $30 TaskWall
  • have at least 20 clicks on your unique referral link

Paid 4 Clout Payout Requirements

Some people will quit Paid 4 Clout once they realize that they have to actually work a little bit more to get the $25 signup bonus they were promised. What’s pretty funny is that those are actually the lucky ones.

However, there are others who will say “What the hell, the tasks I have to complete to qualify for payment are not so hard. Plus, I can earn even more money by completing them. Let’s give it a try!” … Those are the ones who end up being scammed.

They start devoting time and energy into referring people to the platform and completing tasks, thinking that the next time they hit that “Request Payment” button, they’ll get hundreds of dollars deposited in their bank account.

However, what they don’t know is that Paid 4 Clout will ban their account the moment they request a payment using as an excuse that they faked their clicks and referrals.

Paid 4 Clout Fraud Warning

This way, the only winner out of this pathetic charade is Paid 4 Clout.

  • First, it lures you in with a $25 signup bonus
  • Then it tells you that in order to get your signup bonus you need to meet certain criteria (get 20 clicks on your referral link, 5 referrals, complete 5 tasks)
  • It also tells you that for every click, referral, and task completed you’ll earn even more money
  • So, you start trying to meet those criteria in order to qualify for a payment as well as increase your earnings
  • When you finally meet every single one of those criteria and you request for the money you’ve earned fair and square, they kick you out leaving you high and dry

This way, Paid 4 Clout got you to complete several tasks which bring money to its owners as well as drive more people to the platform which will, in turn, complete even more tasks which will, in turn, bring even more money to Paid 4 Clout’s owners and all that, without having to pay anyone a single dime for their work.

Pretty appalling right?

Well, this is it… This is how Paid 4 Clout works or to be more accurate, doesn’t work.

Get this very well in your head, Paid 4 Clout will NEVER pay you a single dime! You will NEVER earn any money with it! Trying to make Paid 4 Clout work is just a waste of your time and energy.

Who is Paid 4 Clout for?

Paid 4 Clout is for no one… The platform is inherently 100% useless.

The chances of earning money online by lying on your couch staring at the ceiling all day long are so much more than the chances of earning money with Paid 4 Clout.

In fact, I am so confident that you won’t be able to earn even a single penny with Paid 4 Clout that if you do, you can contact me with proof and I will deposit $100 more right in your account just for being wrong…

Who is Paid 4 Clout NOT for?

Paid 4 Clout is definitely NOT for people who want to earn money online.

If you

  • want to build a full-time income online to quit your job
  • are in need of some extra money to provide for your family
  • are working a part-time job and need a supplementary income to cover your expenses
  • want to gain the freedom to work whenever you want and from wherever you want in order to be able to travel around the world
  • have tried other MMO and GPT platforms and systems but failed to meet your financial goals and you are still looking for the real deal
  • aren’t working at all and you are looking for a way to build your primary source of income online

then I suggest ditching this Paid 4 Clout review AT ONCE and instead, check out Wealthy Affiliate or Project 24 because Paid 4 Clout is never going to help you fulfill your financial goals.

Help

This section contains answers to some frequently asked questions people have about Paid 4 Clout.

Account Manager Skype

A Skype address (@cam.p4c) of an “account manager” to contact when you need answers or require support regarding Paid 4 Clout.

The address is actually fake so don’t expect that you’ll get neither.

Payment Proofs

Redirects you to a page where you can find several screenshots of payments made from Paid 4 Clout to its influencers.

Just a heads up, every single one of those payment proofs is fake.

Let me explain…

As you can see in the images below, the exact payment screenshots that have been used for Paid 4 Clout have also been used as payment proofs for several of its sister scams such as CloutShareReferralPay, and Viral Points.

Furthermore, as you can see in the image below, the domain name paid4clout.com was registered on the 12th of July 2019.

Paid 4 Clout Domain Name Registration Date

This means that the platform didn’t even exist before 12/07/2019 and yet if you take a closer look, somehow all of the payment proofs above seem to have taken place before that date.

This could mean two things…

Either Paid 4 Clout was paying people before it even existed or all its payment proofs are fake.

Your call…

In an attempt to further increase its trustworthiness, Paid 4 Clout has also published several positive video testimonials on its website and more specifically on paid4clout.com/video-testimonials.

All of those testimonials are fake as well.

First of all, if you take a closer look at the titles of the videos they are all about Clout Pay which is actually Paid 4 Clout’s predecessor. The people who have recorded the testimonials also mention “Clout Pay” and not “Paid 4 Clout” during their videos.

More importantly, those positive testimonials have been recorded by paid actors and not people who have actually used the platform.

Take a look at the video below which is one of the positive testimonials on Paid 4 Clout’s website.

If you take a look at the image below, you’ll see that this guy is actually offering his spokesperson services as a freelancer on Fiverr.

Paid 4 Clout Fake Testimonials Proof 1

This means that Paid 4 Clout or Clout Pay or whoever, has paid him to record a video saying whatever they want.

After digging around for a while, I managed to locate some authentic Paid 4 Clout testimonials of people who have actually tried the platform.

You can see them right below.

And you can find a lot more real Paid 4 Clout testimonials right here.

You’re welcome!

How Much Does Paid 4 Clout Cost?

Paid 4 Clout is free to join.

However, it’s not 100% free to use.

You see, in order to complete some of the tasks on its $30 TaskWall, you’ll be asked to submit your mobile phone number and subscribe to various very pricey text message services which will keep forwarding you dozens of promotional text messages per month at your own cost. And those text messages aren’t cheap at all. Just one text message could cost up to $5 and sometimes even more.

Notion Cash Enter Your Mobile Number

Despite the fact that there are probably ways to unsubscribe from such services, I would never trust a scammy platform such as Paid 4 Clout with my mobile phone number.

Furthermore, other tasks might ask you to fill in your credit card or bank account information.

If you don’t want to end up having money sucked out of your accounts by people you don’t know, don’t even think about it.

Plus, if you consider that Paid 4 Clout will ban your account the moment you request a cashout, there’s really no point whatsoever in trying to complete those tasks in the first place.

Paid 4 Clout Pros

  • Free to join

1 • Free to Join

The only thing I like about Paid 4 Clout is that it’s free to join.

This way, if someone decides to give it a try they will just waste some of their time and not any of their money until they realize that the platform is a scam which never intended to pay them in the first place.

Paid 4 Clout Cons

  • Has just one pro
  • Unrealistic claims
  • Additional charges to complete tasks
  • Fake contact information
  • Fake payment proofs and testimonials
  • Unable to cashout
  • Potential hacking danger

1 • Has Just One Pro

The fact that Paid 4 Clout’s only pro is that it’s free to join just bums me out…

2 • Unrealistic Claims

Just like the majority of completely useless MMO platforms do, Paid 4 Clout employs a ton of unrealistic earning claims in order to convince people to join it.

The first thing that you’ll see when you land on Paid 4 Clout’s website is a huge banner saying “Make $500 Today”…

Paid 4 Clout Unrealistic Claim

Earning $500 online in one day could be possible only for established digital marketers with a ton of experience. It’s impossible for a beginner with no experience and no targeted audience to make that kind of money online in just a day, or even a month to be truthful.

Nonetheless, since Paid 4 Clout will never actually pay you a single dime, the level of your experience with digital marketing doesn’t really matter.

No person can ever make money with Paid 4 Clout, neither beginners nor advanced digital marketers.

Furthermore, Paid 4 Clout claims to be operating since 2015, having paid $44 million to 300k of its members since then.

First of all, Paid 4 Clout is operating since 12/07/2019… At the time of this review (19/09/2019), Paid 4 Clout is just 2 months old…

Secondly, it’s really impossible for a 2-month-old platform to have paid so much money to so many people in such a short period of time…

And even if had, if you do the math, $44 million to 300k members equal to $147 per member. That’s not that much money.

3 • Additional Charges

As I’ve mentioned earlier, in order to qualify for a cashout of your Paid 4 Clout earnings you need to complete at least 5 tasks on its $30 TaskWall.

In order to complete some of those tasks, you’ll be required to submit your phone number and agree to subscribe to paid text-message services which will probably rip you off…

Other tasks might ask you to fill in your credit card or bank account info and then start charging you for random products and digital services you never actually bought.

This way you could end up losing a ton of money while attempting to complete tasks in order to qualify for your first Paid 4 Clout cashout which is never going to actually take place because Paid 4 Clout will ban your account once you request it.

Stay away, people!

4 • Fake Contact Information

Paid 4 Clout provides two email addresses (contact@paid4clout.com & hello@paid4clout.com) as well as a Skype address (@cam.p4c) to contact in case you need answers or support.

However, I checked both of those email addresses with an email checker software to see if they are valid or not, and as it turns out, they are not (see images below).

Paid 4 Clout Fake Email Address 1
Paid 4 Clout Fake Email Address 2

The Skype address is fake as well… A simple Skype search for that contact proves it.

Subsquently, Paid 4 Clout offers no support whatsoever.

I would expect nothing less from such a shitty platform.

5 • Fake Payment Proofs and Testimonials

I really hate it when crappy platforms such as Paid 4 Clout try to trick people into joining and using them by employing fake success stories, fake testimonials, and fake payment screenshots.

First of all, the fake payment screenshots that Paid 4 Clout uses, prove that it indeed doesn’t pay its members… If it did, they wouldn’t publish fake payment proofs and risk their credibility and trustworthiness. They would just publish some real ones!

Secondly, the fact that Paid 4 Clout’s creators have published fake positive testimonials shows that they know their platform sucks so bad that it would never get authentic positive testimonials from people who have actually tried it.

Lastly, according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), using fake positive testimonials/success stories is considered illegal and subject to huge penalties as it encourages customers to invest in a product or service they otherwise wouldn’t if those fake testimonials/success stories didn’t exist, thereby defrauding them.

6 • Unable to Cashout

The biggest con of Paid 4 Clout is that it will never let you get your hands on the money you’ve earned with it.

Even if it didn’t have any other cons and like a thousand more pros, this con alone beats the whole purpose of joining and using the platform in the first place.

Trying to make money with Paid 4 Clout would be like trying to hammer a nail to the wall with a sponge – it’s just pointless…

7 • Potential Hacking Danger

So, the other day, I tried to complete one of Paid 4 Clout’s TaskWall tasks which didn’t require me to submit any personal info, mobile phone, or credit card number.

It was actually a survey.

However, before I even got to access it, my antivirus went off giving me the alert below…

Referral Pay Task Antivirus Block

As it seems, Paid 4 Clout’s tasks lead to 3rd party websites which contain viruses which could enable hackers to get their hands on personal data and sensitive information of yours such as the login credentials to your social media, email, credit cards, or even your bank accounts.

If you don’t have an internet security or antivirus program installed make sure to stay clear of Paid 4 Clout at all costs…

If you’ve already accessed the platform without having any protection in place, you must immediately purchase an antivirus and scan your entire system in order to ensure that your computer hasn’t caught a virus and that your personal data and sensitive information are safe.

So, What Now?

Okay, so you read this Paid 4 Clout review in its entirety…

Now what?

Well, as I see it, right now you have 4 options…

  1. You either waste your time and effort trying to make money online with Paid 4 Clout (awful choice)
  2. You check out my top suggestions Project 24 or Wealthy Affiliate, which are proven to have helped hundreds of people earn their living online (optimal choice)

  1. I am not surprised at all…

I had my doubts about this Paid 4 Clout when a friend suggested it to me and said something about earning a lot of money by referring people.

I knew I had to check it out because it sounded just like one I got involved in a couple of months ago but never got paid until I realized it was a complete scam.

If I didn’t know any better, I would have fallen for this one too. You’ve not just proved my feats right, but your review has actually provided me with the proofs I need to convince my friend its an absolute scam and get her out before its too late.

Isn’t there a way to report people like this to the authority, ti help stop them from ruining people’s lives?

    1. Phew, I am glad that I helped you dodge that bullet…

As I mentioned in another comment, I believe that the only thing we could do is report them to the FTC.

The problem is that those scams are just way too many and even if the FTC manages to eventually close every single one of them down, more and more will keep popping up.

That’s actually why all of those platforms stay up and running for a couple of months, then their owners close them down, and reopen them under different domain names.

For instance, Paid 4 Clout used to be Clout Pay a couple of months ago and in a couple of months from now, it will probably be operating under a different name again.

The only way to stop them once and for all is for their owners to go to jail.

For now, just warn as many people as you can to stay away from it… Save them some time, energy, and frustration.

      Harry

  2. It always blows my mind reading about how these fake MMO programs scam people, and I can’t help but wonder how they are not closed by the police for lying to so many people about what they can or will provide.

Do you know how these websites are able to keep themselves up and running? Is there anything we can do to get them shut down?

    1. Hey Josie.

I am currently looking into the subject. I believe that the only thing we could do is report them to the FTC.

The problem is that those scams are just way too many and even if the FTC manages to eventually close every single one of them down, more and more will keep popping up.

  3. Wow!

    My mind is blown away…..

There are truly tons of scams out there that it is very easy for people to fall for many of them.

I feel very lucky that I found Wealthy Affiliate and avoided falling for so many rubish scams…

Thank you for this information, it is super helpful!

I’ll avoid Paid 4 Clout at all costs.

    1. We are indeed lucky that we managed to find a legit MMO platform in this endless sea of scams…

I am glad that I helped you out.

      Harry

  4. Thank you! I have heard about Paid 4 Clout, and it sounds like a major scam. I never tried it myself, so I can’t say for sure, but I probably wouldn’t try it after reading your review.

Do they always accuse everyone of fraudulent clicks instead of paying them? If so, that’s really bad!

    I appreciate your counter-suggestions.

At first, I just knew about Wealthy Affiliate but then I found out about Income School’s Project 24.

They both seem good platforms for those who really want to start making money online. There seem to be a lot of people who are earning thousands of dollars a month and even more using these programs.

I might join one of them…

    1. Yes, they always ban everyone after requesting their first payout supposedly due to fake clicks and referrals…

Both Wealthy Affiliate and Project 24 have enabled dozens of people to earn their living online by running their own sustainable affiliate marketing businesses.

Everyone else can do it as well, including me and you… It just takes a lot of time and effort. But that’s just business…

The pyramids weren’t built in a day.

      Harry

  5. Thank you for this informative and helpful article.

When it comes to making money online especially from unverified or non-reputable platforms I am always very skeptical because I have been scammed a few times and I don’t want that to happen again.

Paid 4 Clout appears as one of those sites which are after ripping people off in many ways.

I’ll stay away from it as you suggest.

    1. That’s a very good choice!

You should be skeptical about MMO platforms and always do your research before joining one because there are just tons of scams out there.

Paid 4 Clout is one of them.

      Harry

  6. Very in-depth review. I appreciate you taking the time to provide this information to warn me and all others.

It’s sad platforms like this exist and take advantage of people who might be in great need of some extra money. Also, makes other platforms that are legit look like scams as well.

I saw in the article you mention Wealthy Affiliate. Do you use this platform?

    1. Once, I got a complaint about a scam identical to Paid 4 Clout from a woman who just wanted to earn some extra money to provide for her 3 children and got scammed.

I was so sad… Some people really need that money and platforms like Paid 4 Clout just waste their time.

I have been a premium member of Wealthy Affiliate for more than three years now. Wealthy Affiliate helped me build this very website and by leveraging the platform’s training and tools I am slowly scaling it to a full-time income.

You should check out my Wealthy Affiliate review right here! Maybe it’s what you have been looking for all along.

      Harry

  7. Thanks for this informative review.

I do think that Paid 4 Clout is actually the replacement of the CloutPay site that scammed thousands of people month after month.

They have you do surveys or download games to accumulate earnings that you can cash out to your cashapp or PayPal account, but, when it’s time to get paid you get nothing.

It’s a pity I invested a lot of time into this before figuring out that it’s a scam.

It’s a good thing you’re sounding a warning out there, good job!

    1. Paid 4 Clout is indeed the successor of CloutPay… That’s why they have used CloutPay’s positive testimonials for Paid 4 Clout as well.

I am sorry to hear that you got scammed by this awful platform but hopefully, you learned your lesson now.

Always do your research before investing time or money in a platform because there are a lot of scams out there.

Lastly, make sure to check out Wealthy Affiliate and Project 24 as I suggested… You might find what you are looking for in one of them.

      Harry

  8. Wow, thanks for doing this review about Paid 4 Clout.

I really like how you went in great detail and gave a clear explanation of what this platform has to offer.

I will be sharing this with my friends and family so that they understand that they need to stay away from it or they will get scammed.

  9. Yet another scam that offers a magical $25 per sign up – that seems to be the magic number for sign-on incentives with these sorts of platforms (unfortunately, I bet it works more often than not!).

Does it explain what the money tasks are before you join, what you have to do to earn, or are you left in the dark about that side of the business as well?

    1. Yeap, the signup bonus definitely draws in people who have no idea that the platform is a scam… I had also fallen for it a few months back when I joined one of Paid 4 Clout’s sister scams, Viral Pay

Paid 4 Clout doesn’t reveal the exact tasks that you will have to complete to earn money before you join mainly because they change on a daily basis and are not even the same for every country.

      I hope this helps,

      Harry
