What is MoneyGuru.co About?
MoneyGuru.co poses as a legit GPT (Get Paid To) platform…
GPT platforms are basically websites that allow people to generate money for completing simple tasks, such as
- filling in surveys
- playing games
- installing apps
- watching videos
- making referrals
- etc
There are dozens of legit GPT platforms out there, such as Survey Junkie and InboxDollars.
Unfortunately, MoneyGuru.co is NOT one of them…
You see, contrary to legit GPT platforms that actually pay their members, MoneyGuru.co will lie to you, scam you, and never pay you a single dime.
In fact, as you’ll find out later on, MoneyGuru.co is actually part of an enormous network of dozens of nearly identical platforms that have scammed thousands of people during the last few years by using the exact same scamming techniques.
If you’ve already signed up and used the platform, then I am sorry but you have completely wasted your time.
If not, do yourself a favor and start running in the opposite direction.
Let me explain further how MoneyGuru’s scam actually works.
How MoneyGuru's SCAM Works
First, MoneyGuru.co lures you in with a $10 signup bonus as well as by promising to pay you a lot of money fast for completing very simple assignments that require minimal work, such as
- $5 per task you complete on its $5 TaskWall
- $0.2 per click you get on your referral link
- $5 per referral you make
- 10% of the money your referrals earn
- $10 for publishing promotional posts and/or videos on Youtube/TikTok/Twitter/Instagram/Facebook
- $1 for reading, sharing, and rating positive reviews about it
However, MoneyGuru.co is NEVER really going to pay you any of the money it promises to pay you…
This is the case because MoneyGuru.co is designed in such a way that the only people who can truly earn money with it are its owners.
For example, MoneyGuru.co promises to pay you $5/task you complete on its $5 TaskWall because all the tasks found there are actually CPA (Cost Per Action) offers.
CPA offers enable publishers like MoneyGuru.co to pocket money every time a person like you and me performs a certain action, such as
- Submitting an email/telephone number
- Installing an application
- Signing up for a trial
- Completing a survey
- & more
This means that every time you complete a task on MoneyGuru’s $5 TaskWall, MoneyGuru’s owners get paid by a CPA network.
The purpose of the rest of MoneyGuru’s assignments is to get you to attract more people to it.
That’s because the more people you attract to MoneyGuru.co the more people will complete its CPA offers and refer even more people to it who will, in turn, complete even more of its CPA offers and refer even more people to it, and so on, and so forth.
For instance, the reason that MoneyGuru.co claims that it’ll pay you $0.2 for every click you get on your referral link is to get you to share it with as many people as possible.
The more people you share your referral link with, the more people will end up joining MoneyGuru.co.
Likewise, the reason that MoneyGuru.co supports that it’ll pay you $5 per referral, is to encourage you to refer more people to it.
MoneyGuru.co promises to pay you $10 for publishing posts and/or videos that are promoting it on Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for the exact same reason…
To make you attract even more people to it through Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and/or Facebook…
Lastly, MoneyGuru.co claims that it’ll pay you $1 for reading and sharing positive reviews about it…
Those positive MoneyGuru.co reviews are actually written by MoneyGuru’s team and published on 4 websites that are actually owned by MoneyGuru.co itself:
- scamalert.co
- fraudreveal.co
- fraudspotter.me
- and fraudobserver.me
The purpose of this assignment is twofold…
1 – Reading
Reading those positive MoneyGuru.co reviews will get you convinced that MoneyGuru.co indeed a legit and well-established GPT platform that’s actually paying big bucks to its members.
And if you do get convinced you’ll actually invest your time and energy in completing its CPA offers as well as in referring more people to it.
2 – Sharing
The more people you share those positive MoneyGuru.co reviews with, the more people will end up joining and utilizing the platform!
That’s two birds with just one stone right there!
Now, despite the fact that MoneyGuru.co will NEVER actually pay you a single dime for completing its assignments, every time you do complete one of them, the platform will actually credit the amount of money the assignment was worth to your personal dashboard.
For instance, every time you complete a task on its $5 TaskWall, MoneyGuru.co will actually credit your personal dashboard with $5…
Likewise, when you receive a click on your referral link it’ll credit you with $0.2 and if the person who clicked on your referral link ends up joining MoneyGuru.co, you’ll get credited with $5…
However, in reality, that’s just MoneyGuru’s way of tricking you into believing that you’re really generating money with it so that you’ll keep investing your time and energy in completing more of its assignments.
That’s because the more assignments you complete, the more money MoneyGuru’s owners will ultimately pocket.
In order to ensure that you’ll complete at least a few of its assignments before you realize that it’s a scam that’ll never pay you, MoneyGuru.co will tell you that you’re not allowed to cash out any of the money you’ve earned with it unless you meet the following cashout requirements:
- Refer at least 5 people to the platform
- Complete at least 6 tasks on its $5 TaskWall
- Have at least 25 clicks on your unique referral link
- Generate at least $100 in earnings
Pretty evil, right?
Well, this is it… This is how MoneyGuru’s scam actually works…
Get this very well in your head, MoneyGuru.co will NEVER pay you a single dime.
You will NEVER earn any money with it.
If you value your time and energy, I suggest that you stay as far away from that sh*thole as possible!
MoneyGuru.co Pros
- Free to Join
1 • Free to Join
The only thing that I consider as a pro regarding MoneyGuru.co is that anyone can join the platform for free.
Everything just goes downhill from there…
MoneyGuru.co Cons
- It'll Ban Your Account
- Fake Payment Proofs
- Fake Testimonials
- Fake Contact Info
- Unknown Owner
- You Might Actually Lose Money
- Hacking Danger
- Part of Huge Scam Network
- BBB Consumer Alert
1 • It'll Ban Your Account
Not only MoneyGuru.co will NEVER pay you, but after requesting a cashout of the money you’ve earned for completing its assignments, it’ll shut down your account using as an excuse that you committed fraud and that all your clicks and referrals were fake.
This is the actual message they’ll send you:
While attempting to submit your payments, our system has deemed some or all of your stats to be unauthentic, Due to that, your payment has been canceled, and your account is pending termination.
Your account will be terminated within 7 days. If you would like to start over the AUTHENTIC way, then you are welcome to do that.
If you think, that was a mistake, you can contact our Fraud Department.
Now, if you try to contact MoneyGuru’s Fraud Department as suggested, you’ll hit a dead-end because all the contact information on its website is 100% fake (more on that later on).
Seriously, you have way more chances of having $1.000.000 landing on your lap while lying on your couch staring at the ceiling all day long than earning just $1 with MoneyGuru.
In fact, I am so confident that MoneyGuru.co will never pay you a single dime that if it does, please contact me with proof and I’ll deposit $1000 more in your account just for being wrong…
2 • Fake Payment Proofs
In an attempt to trick potential victims that it’s a legit GPT platform, under its “Testimonials” page, MoneyGuru.co has posted several screenshots of payments it has supposedly made to its members.
However, all those payment proofs are actually 100% fake as most of them seem to have taken place on dates before MoneyGuru.co even existed.
As you can see in the image right below, the domain name moneyguru.co was first registered on the 25th of June 2020.
This proves that MoneyGuru.co wasn’t operating prior to that date.
However, as you can see in the images right below, MoneyGuru’s payment proofs seem to have taken place months earlier…
3 • Fake Testimonials
In addition to its fake payment proofs, every single testimonial that can be found on MoneyGuru’s website is also fake.
For instance, the following MoneyGuru.co video testimonial is recorded by a paid actor that offers his spokesperson services on Fiverr (see images below).
The exact same thing goes for the 2 MoneyGuru testimonials right below.
The following testimonial that appears on MoneyGuru’s homepage is also fake…
As you can see right below, the exact same picture of that exact same guy who is supposed to be a member of MoneyGuru.co called Matthew Young is being used by several dental care websites.
This means that “Matthew Young” is not really a member of MoneyGuru.co, his name isn’t really Matthew Young, and he hasn’t earned $97,000 with the platform.
4 • Fake Contact Information
Another very obvious sign that MoneyGuru.co is a scam is that all the contact information it provides on its website is fake.
First, if you try to come in contact with MoneyGuru’s support team through its email moneyguruco@gmail.com, you’ll never receive an answer from them…
The same goes for MoneyGuru’s account manager Lenah Browns who you can supposedly reach through Telegram.
Furthermore, the “Live Chat” that can be found inside your personal dashboard is conveniently locked until you reach $1000 in revenue.
In addition to all that, all the company info that can be found at the very bottom of MoneyGuru’s homepage, (VAT number, Chamber of Commerce, and address) is actually stolen from another legit company called The Next Web (see images below).
5 • Unknown Owners
Another pretty obvious sign that MoneyGuru.co is a scam is that it provides no information about its owners.
Scammers never reveal their identity in order to avoid being identified with their fraudulent activities and getting caught.
A legit website/company ALWAYS provides information about who owns and runs it.
6 • You Might Actually Lose Money
Not only you’ll never earn any money with MoneyGuru.co, but there’s a possibility that you’ll actually end up losing money to it…
You see, in order for MoneyGuru.co to consider some of the tasks on its $5 TaskWall completed, it’ll ask you to submit your mobile phone number.
If you do that, you basically automatically agree to subscribe to various very pricey text message services that will start sending you dozens of promotional text messages per month at your own cost.
Furthermore, other tasks might ask you to fill in your credit card info…
If you do so, expect to start receiving charges for random products and digital services you never actually bought.
I can’t stress enough that you should never, ever, EVER, submit any personal information of yours within MoneyGuru.co, especially sensitive ones, such as
- passwords
- email addresses
- credit card numbers
- telephone numbers
- etc
7 • Potential Hacking Danger
In addition to MoneyGuru.co trying to steal your money, it might also attempt to get your devices infected with viruses which could enable hackers to get their hands on personal data and sensitive information of yours, such as
- social media accounts
- emails
- credit cards
- bank accounts
- etc
Every single time I attempt to access MoneyGuru.co, my antivirus goes off giving me the alert right below:
If you don’t have an internet security or antivirus program installed, make sure to steer clear of MoneyGuru.co at all costs…
If you’ve already accessed the platform without having any protection in place, I’d suggest that you immediately purchase an antivirus and scan your entire system in order to ensure that it hasn’t been compromised and that your personal data and sensitive information are safe.
8 • Part of a Huge Scam Network
MoneyGuru.co is part of an enormous network of dozens of almost identical scams that have scammed millions of people during the last few years using the exact same scamming techniques.
Some of MoneyGuru’s sister scams that you might have heard of are:
- Kids Earn Money
- NotionCash
- CashCrates
- CashForShare
- and EarnBig
just to name a few.
Take a look at the images right below to see for yourself how those platforms are basically clones of one another.
9 • BBB Consumer Alert
In March 2019, the BBB (Better Business Bureau) issued consumer alerts for Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash, both of which are MoneyGuru’s sister scams.
According to BBB, between January 4 and March 13, 2019, BBB Metro New York received several complaints and scam reports regarding Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash.
After conducting an investigation, BBB concluded that the unrealistic earning claims both those platforms made were in violation of BBB’s Code of Advertising.
BBB attempted to locate the owners of the platforms through email, telephone number, and/or physical address to sort things out but without any luck.
At that point, BBB rated both Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash with an “F” suggesting to the public that they should stay as far away as possible from them.
According to BBB, people who sign up to Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash think that they are online marketing agencies that will pay them money for completing “tasks”. The money appears to increase on the platform’s dashboard after completing those tasks, but when the consumer tries to cash out their earnings, often when they reach some set requirements, they report that they are unable to retrieve the promised payment or contact the company for assistance.
BBB supports that the purpose of such scams may be data harvesting, for the likely intent of selling the gathered information to spammers. There is also the possibility of identity theft.
Right below you can take a look at what people who have been scammed by Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash have to say about the platforms on BBB.
You can take a look at all the complaints about Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash by following the two links right below:
While the fact that BBB has issued consumer alerts for Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash doesn’t quite prove that MoneyGuru.co is a scam as well, would you trust that a platform that is operating exactly like Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash and created by the exact same people would actually pay you any money?
Because I definitely wouldn’t…

Wow… I signed up for MoneyGuru two days ago. I didn’t attempt any task but I linked my PayPal account to it. Is it going to cost me?
Oh, and when I tried signing in I just couldn’t. They asked for my email so they’d send me a password reset. I sent my email so many times but I still haven’t received anything.
Honestly, I’m scared. I should’ve been more careful.
I know of other sites like Timebucks that actually pay. I thought MoneyGuru would be like that.
To think I almost featured them on my blog!
Hey, Maame! I really don’t think that MoneyGuru.co can charge your PayPal unless you gave them your PayPal password. Did you?
Also, if the password you submitted to create your MoneyGuru account is the same password you use to access your PayPal, then I suggest that you change your PayPal password immediately.
In an attempt to appear more legit, scams like Moneyguru.co tend to imitate legit GPT platforms like Timebucks and Inbox Dollars.
So, it’s not really your fault that you fell for MoneyGuru as it’s designed in such a way so that it tricks potential victims into thinking that it’s legit and trustworthy.
Next time, make sure to do your due diligence before investing in a money-making opportunity as currently, the scams majorly outnumber the actual legit ones.
Best wishes and stay safe,
Harry

Hey Lou, I’m so glad that you found my MoneyGuru.co review of value. What we ultimately care about here is to figure out if moneyguru.co pays its members not if some random person answers on their Skype profile.
