Is ShareCash.co Legit? SCAM Alert, Stay Away! [Review]

Is ShareCash.co Legit SCAM Alert, Stay Away! [Review]

If you’ve been using ShareCash.co to make money online for a while or if you are thinking about using it in the near future, then you should consider yourself extremely lucky that you landed in this ShareCash.co review.

Truthfully, ShareCash.co is not in any conceivable way the “amazing money-making opportunity” you initially thought it would be…

The platform will neither “Let you make $500 per day from social media” nor will it hand away “Free Paypal money” as infinite YouTube videos and social media posts tend to claim.

In fact, as we’ll see later on, such claims are made from desperate people trying to make a quick buck, who have fallen for ShareCash’s lies and are not yet aware that they have been scammed by the platform big time.

Yeap, you heard that right… ShareCash.co is a HUGE SCAM!

This review is dedicated to revealing all of ShareCash’s dirty scam shenanigans so make sure to pay close attention and stick with it till the end to discover all the reasons that it’s of your best interest to stay as far away from this god-awful platform as possible.

Furthermore, somewhere within this ShareCash.co review, I am going to reveal to you a couple of alternative much more legit and promising make-money-online opportunities.

This way, you’ll have every piece of information you might possibly need to make an informed decision about whether ShareCash.co is worth your time and attention or if you’d better invest in one of the other money-making opportunities that I am going to suggest to you.

Right, so, let’s get cracking!

ShareCash.co Overview

Name: ShareCash

Owners: Unknown

Price:

  • Free to join
  • Additional charges may apply within the platform

Official Website: sharecash.co

Suggested? It is suggested to run as far away from ShareCash.co as possible!

Counter-Suggestions:

What is ShareCash About?
Is ShareCash.co Legit?

ShareCash.co poses as a legit GPT (Get Paid To) platform…

GPT platforms are basically websites that pay you money for completing simple tasks such as filling in surveys, installing apps, watching ads, referring people to them, etc.

Truthfully, there are tons of legit GPT platforms out there (such as Survey Junkie & Swagbucks) but unfortunately, ShareCash.co is definitely NOT one of them…

So what exactly is ShareCash.co?

Well, ShareCash is more like a legit GST (Get Scammed To) platform.

Yeap, ShareCash.co is a SCAM because contrary to legit GPT platforms that actually pay their members, ShareCash will never pay anyone a single dime.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is the truth.

If you’ve already signed up and used the platform, then I am sorry but you have completely wasted your time with it… If not, run as far away from ShareCash.co as possible and save your time and money.

ShareCash.co is part of an enormous network of identical scams that have already scammed millions of people over the last few years (more on that later on).

Don’t worry, I am about to explain everything to you but in order to truly understand how the ShareCash.co scam works, you’ll first need to understand how its owners utilize this platform to generate money for themselves.

Here's How ShareCash Generates Money

So, ShareCash.co generates money through CPA (Cost Per Action) offers.

CPA offers pay publishers (like ShareCash.co) commissions when the people they refer to those offers (like you) complete certain actions, such as

  • Submitting an email or telephone number
  • Filling out a form
  • Installing an application
  • Signing up for a trial
  • Completing a survey
  • etc

Do any of those actions ring a bell?

Yes, those are some of the actions that you are required to fulfill in order to complete tasks on ShareCash’s $30 Task Wall, right?

Well, this is it!

The tasks on ShareCash’s $30TaskWall are CPA offers… Every time a person completes one of those tasks, ShareCash’s owners earn money.

Okay, now that you know, let’s see how this ShareCash.co scam actually works.

Here's How the ShareCash.co Scam Works

First of all, ShareCash.co baits you in by promising to pay you $500 per day fast without doing any actual work along with a $25 bonus just for signing up.

Who wouldn’t want to make an instant $25 + $500 per day, right?

At that point, you sign up…

ShareCash.co even starts calling you an “influencer” because nowadays, being an influencer is “cool”, “catchy”, and kind of “prestigious”.

If only being an influencer was as simple and effortless as joining shitty platforms like ShareCash.co and its likes.

Anyway…

Let’s assume that you just joined ShareCash.co

The platform claims that it will pay you

  • $2 for each click you get on your unique referral link
  • an additional $10 for each person who joins ShareCash after clicking on your unique referral link
  • $30 for each task you complete on its $30 TaskWall
  • $50 for creating YouTube videos promoting ShareCash

You complete a couple of those tasks and you immediately request a cashout of your earnings and your $25 bonus.

However, ShareCash.co won’t let you cash out either any of your earnings or the $25 bonus until you meet the following requirements:

  • Refer at least 5 people to the platform
  • Complete at least 5 of the tasks on its $30 TaskWall
  • Have at least 20 clicks on your unique referral link
  • Reach a minimum of $500 in earnings

Now, you start devoting time and energy to meet all the cashout minimum requirements.

You eventually manage to do so and you can finally cash your money out… Yayyy!

You hit the “Request Payment” button.

ShareCash.co even gives you a payment number, tells you that your payment is due in 1-2 weeks and that in the meantime, you should keep completing tasks in order to further increase your earnings.

Unfortunately, your payment is NEVER going to actually take place…

And not only ShareCash.co won’t pay you a single dime but it will also ban your account using as an excuse that your clicks and referrals were fake (see the message right below):

While attempting to submit your payments, our system has deemed some or all of your stats to be unauthentic, Due to that, your payment has been canceled, and your account is pending termination.

Your account will be terminated within 7 days. If you would like to start over the AUTHENTIC way, then you are welcome to do that.

If you think, that was a mistake, you can contact our Fraud Department.

When you try to contact ShareCash’s Fraud Department as suggested, no one will ever answer to you because as we’ll see later on, the email address the platform provided to you is fake.

The secret of this scam lies in being unable to realize that ShareCash.co is a big fat scam until you actually meet its cashout requirements.

Until you find out that ShareCash.co is a scam that will never pay you, you will have already completed at least 5 of its $30 TaskWall tasks, generating money for the platform’s owners.

At the same time, you will have referred more people to the platform who will, in turn, complete at least 5 more of its tasks and refer even more people each, and so on, and so forth…

In addition, since ShareCash.co claims that it pays $50 for publishing a promotional video about the platform on YouTube, naturally, everyone who hasn’t yet realized that ShareCash.co is a scam will publish at least one such video.

If you’ve been using ShareCash.co for a while now, chances are that you created such a video too, am I right?

That’s why YouTube is swarming with crappy, useless videos all having the exact same title “ShareCash Lets You Make $500 per DAY From Social Media – Free Paypal Money!”.

Nonetheless, those YouTube videos will draw thousands more unsuspecting victims into the scam through Youtube.

Summing up,

  • ShareCash.co lures you in promising a $25 signup bonus and earning $500 per day fast and effortlessly
  • Then it tells you that in order to cash out your $25 signup bonus along with any subsequent earnings you will need to meet certain qualifications (20 clicks on your referral link, 5 referrals, complete 5 tasks, generate $500)
  • You start trying to meet those cashout qualifications
  • You complete tasks -> ShareCash’s owners earns money
  • You refer people to it -> ShareCash gathers more people who will complete its tasks, generating more money for its owners, as well as refer even more people to it
  • You create at least one ShareCash.co promotional YouTube video to earn an extra $50 -> You draw even more people into the ShareCash scam through YouTube
  • When you finally request a cashout, you’ll receive $0 and an account ban

In a smaller nutshell, ShareCash.co lies its ass off in order to get people to generate money for its owners as well as market and promote the platform without actually having to pay anyone a single dollar for their work.

Pretty evil, right?

Well, this is it… This is how and why ShareCash.co scams people!

Get this very well in your head, ShareCash will NEVER pay you a single dime. You will NEVER earn any money with it.

My advice:

When you hear ShareCash, start running in the opposite direction!

So, Is ShareCash.co for You?

In case you’ve missed it, ShareCash.co is for no one (except for those who want to get scammed for some reason).

The platform is more useless than a house without walls.

Seriously, you have way more chances of earning $1.000.000 by lying on your couch staring at the ceiling all day long than earning just $1 with ShareCash.

In fact, I am so confident that you won’t be able to earn even a single penny with ShareCash.co that if you do, you can contact me with proof and I will deposit $100 more right in your account just for being wrong…

Having said that, if your goal is to earn $100 – $200 per month, then consider checking out

However, if you

  • want to build a full-time income online to quit all 9-5 jobs forever
  • are in need of more than a couple of extra couple of hundred bucks per month to provide for your family
  • are working a part-time job and need a supplementary stable income to cover your expenses
  • want to gain the freedom to work whenever you want and from wherever you want in order to be able to travel around the world
  • have tried other MMO and GPT platforms and systems but failed to meet your financial goals and you are still looking for the real deal
  • aren’t working at all and you are looking for a legit way to build a source of income online

then, make sure to check this one out.

No matter what your financial goals are, ShareCash.co is NEVER going to help you fulfill them.

How Much Does ShareCash.co Cost?

ShareCash.co is free to join.

However, be aware that you might end up losing quite a lot of money while actually trying to make money the platform.

For instance, in order to complete some of the tasks on shareCash’s $30 TaskWall, you’ll be required to submit your mobile phone number.

ShareCash.co Fill In Your Mobile Number Tasks

If you do, you’ll automatically subscribe to various very pricey text message services that will keep forwarding you dozens of promotional text messages per month at your own cost.

And those text messages aren’t cheap at all.

Just one text message could cost up to $5 and sometimes even more.

Despite the fact that there are probably ways to unsubscribe from those text message services, I would never trust a scammy platform such as ShareCash.co with my mobile phone number.

Furthermore, other tasks might ask you to fill in your credit card or bank account information.

If you don’t want to end up having money sucked out of your bank accounts by people you don’t know, do NOT even think about it!

Plus, if you consider that ShareCash.co will never actually pay you, there’s really no point whatsoever in completing its tasks in the first place.

ShareCash.co Pros

1 • Free to Join

If I had a gun on my head and the only way to keep it intact was to come up with one aspect of ShareCash.co that I liked, I would say that I like that it’s free to join.

Believe it or not, there exist scams way worse than ShareCash.co that could rip thousands of dollars off of you and leave you hanging afterward without even noticing.

Thankfully, ShareCash will waste your time but not your money (assuming of course that you don’t submit your mobile phone number or credit card info anywhere within it).

That’s something…

P.S. If I had to come up with 2 ShareCash pros, I’d probably get my brains blown out.

ShareCash.co Cons

1 • ShareCash Payment Proofs = Fake

There are people who take the leap and join ShareCash.co after witnessing the plethora of screenshots of payments supposedly made by the platform to its members which are published on its official website.

They think “Since ShareCash.co has paid so many people, it must really be legit!”

So, how can a platform which displays clear proof of actually paying its members be such a scam?

Well, it’s simple…

Every single one of ShareCash’s payment proofs is FAKE

Yeah, I know… This is quite the shocker!

Anyway, here’s the proof…

As you can see in the image right below, the domain name sharecash.co, was first registered on the 25th of November 2019.

This proves that the platform didn’t exist before that date…

ShareCash.co Domain Name Registration Date

However, the images right below which are two of the payment screenshots published on ShareCash’s website seem to have taken place one in February 2019 and the other in August 2019 which is months before ShareCash.co even started operating.

ShareCash.co Fake Payment Proof 2
ShareCash.co Fake Payment Proof 1

This means that either the platform paid people before it even existed (yeah right), or that all its payment proofs are fake (that’s more likely).

In addition, ShareCash has also shared several images of rewards its members have allegedly redeemed through the platform like the one right below.

ShareCash.co Fake Payment Proof 3

So, a hand holding an iPhone with a ShareCash paper barcode… Seriously now?

Are we supposed to believe that ShareCash sent someone an iPhone they redeemed based on that image?

Ok then, I suppose I could also show you the reward I redeemed through ShareCash… I received it a few seconds ago! (image below)

ShareCash.co Fake Payment Proof 4

Pretty awesome right?

Thanks so much, ShareCash for this amazing reward!

2 • ShareCash Testimonials = Fake

In addition to its fake payment proofs, ShareCash.co has also published a number of fake positive testimonials.

For instance, take a look at the two testimonials right below that can be found on ShareCash’s website.

ShareCash.co Fake Testimonials 1

“So, why are those two testimonials fake?”, you ask…

Well, that’s a great question!

As you can see in the image right below, those 2 identical testimonials have also been used as testimonials for OGBucks, which is one of ShareCash’s sister scams.

OGBucks.com Fake Testimonials 1

In addition, throughout ShareCash’s website, you’ll find dozens of video testimonials of members of the platform claiming that they have earned hundreds of dollars after joining ShareCash.

All those video testimonials were recorded by people who weren’t yet aware that ShareCash had scammed them…

They generated hundreds of dollars in their ShareCash dashboard by referring other people to the platform as well as completing tasks thinking that they will really get that money, thus giving ShareCash a positive testimonial.

Little did they know…

If you watch all of ShareCash’s video testimonials carefully, you’ll realize that none of those people whatsoever show any proof that ShareCash.co actually paid them their money.

Question:

  • Why would Sharecash publish fake payment proofs and risk losing its credibility and trustworthiness instead of publishing some real ones?

Answer:

  • ShareCash hasn’t paid anyone so real payment proofs don’t exist…

Question:

  • Why would Sharecash publish fake testimonials instead of authentic positive testimonials from people who have actually tried the platform?

Answer:

  • ShareCash’s creators know that no person who has actually tried the platform would have something positive to say about it.

According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), using fake positive testimonials/success stories is considered illegal and subject to huge penalties as it encourages customers to invest in a product or service they otherwise wouldn’t if those fake testimonials/success stories didn’t exist, thereby defrauding them.

So, besides ShareCash.co being a scam, it can also be considered an illegal platform.

3 • Unrealistic Claims

Just like the majority of scams do, ShareCash.co makes a lot of unrealistic earning claims in order to trick people into joining and using it.

The first thing that you see when you land on ShareCash’s homepage is a huge banner saying “Earn $500 Today”

ShareCash.co Earn $500 Today

Yeah sure, you almost convinced me there!

If earning $500 a day was possible through completing surveys and installing apps on your phone, everyone owning a smartphone would be a millionaire right now.

That’s such an unrealistic claim it’s actually borderline funny xD

In addition, in an attempt to further increase its credibility, on its “About Us” page, ShareCash claims that it has been operating since 2015 (image below).

ShareCash.co Unrealistic Claim 1

This is just another lie!

As we saw earlier, ShareCash.co didn’t even exist prior to November 2019.

Moreover, ShareCash.co also claims that it has been featured by top publications and that Forbes has named the platform “The #1 Influencer Earning Network”.

ShareCash.co Unrealistic Claim 2

This is yet another fake claim…

If you Google “Forbes ShareCash.co”, you’ll realize that there’s not a single indication whatsoever that Forbes has even been involved with ShareCash in any way.

Lastly, ShareCash.co claims that it has participated in 30+ advertisement summits as well as that it has won several awards for its high-paying offers during 2018.

ShareCash.co Unrealistic Claim 3

Well, you guessed it…

This is yet another false claim!

Truthfully, the only award ShareCash could possibly win would be the award of the most worthless MMO platform of the decade.

P.S.

I just found out something pretty hilarious…

The exact same false claims ShareCash.co makes on its “About Us” page are also made on the “About Us” page of another of its sister scams, Use2Earn.co (see image below).

Use2Earn.co Unrealistic Claims

4 • Additional Charges

As I’ve mentioned earlier, in order to qualify for a cashout of your shareCash.co earnings you need to complete at least 5 tasks on its $30 TaskWall.

In order to complete some of those tasks, you’ll be required to submit your phone number and agree to subscribe to paid text-message services which could cost you a ton of money.

Other tasks might ask you to fill in your credit card or bank account info and then start charging you for random products and digital services you never actually bought.

This way you could end up losing a ton of money while attempting to complete tasks in order to qualify for your first ShareCash cashout which is never going to actually take place…

Stay away, people!

5 • Fake Contact Information

ShareCash.co provides an email address (hello@sharecash.co) as a means of coming in contact with its “support team”.

So, after checking this email address on email-checker.net, it turns out that it’s as fake as everything else about ShareCash (image below).

ShareCash.co Fake Email Address

Lies, lies, and more lies…

6 • Unknown Owners

Another sign that ShareCash.co is a scam is that it provides no information about its owners.

This is one of the most obvious signs of a scam!

Scammers tend to keep their identity hidden in order to avoid being identified with their fraudulent activities and getting caught.

A legit website/company ALWAYS provides information about its owners.

7 • Unable to Cashout

The biggest con of ShareCash.co is that it will never let you get your hands on the money you’ve earned with it.

It doesn’t really matter if you refer 2000 people to the platform or complete 1 million of its tasks, the amount of money that ShareCash will pay you is going to always remain exactly the same -> ZERO DOLLARS!

Even if ShareCash had no other cons and a thousand more pros, this con alone beats the whole purpose of joining and using the platform in the first place.

Trying to make money with ShareCash is as pointless as trying to quench your thirst by drinking saltwater…

8 • Potential Hacking Danger

When I review platforms like ShareCash and its likes, I always sign up for them to see what they are about.

The moment I created and logged in my ShareCash account, the message below popped up on my browser.

ShareCash.co Data Breach

Apparently, the moment you sign up for ShareCash, they steal your password, probably in an attempt to hack other accounts of yours (social media, email, bank, etc).

Furthermore, before I started putting together this review, I attempted to complete some of ShareCash’s tasks that didn’t require me to submit my mobile phone number or any credit card info, just out of curiosity…

However, before I even got to access the first task, my antivirus went off giving me the alert below…

Referral Pay Task Antivirus Block

Apparently, ShareCash’s tasks lead to 3rd party websites that contain viruses that could enable hackers to get their hands on personal data and sensitive information of yours such as the login credentials to your social media, email, credit cards, or even your bank accounts.

If you don’t have an internet security or antivirus program installed make sure to stay clear of ShareCash at all costs…

If you’ve already accessed the platform without having any protection in place, I’d suggest that you immediately purchase an antivirus and scan your entire system in order to ensure that your computer hasn’t caught a virus and that your personal data and sensitive information are safe.

9 • Part of a Huge Scam Network

ShareCash.co is part of an enormous network of dozens of scams that have scammed millions of people during the last few years using the exact same scamming techniques.

Some of those scams that you might have heard of are

just to name a few.

10 • BBB Consumer Alert

In March 2019, the BBB (Better Business Bureau) issued consumer alerts for Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash.

Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash are both ShareScam’s sister scams.

According to BBB, between January 4 and March 13, 2019, BBB Metro New York received several complaints, negative reviews, and scam reports regarding Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash.

After conducting an investigation, BBB concluded that the unrealistic earning claims both those platforms make are in violation of BBB’s Code of Advertising.

BBB tried to locate someone in charge of those platforms through email, telephone number, and/or physical address to sort things out but without any luck.

At that point, BBB rated both of those platforms with an “F” suggesting to the public that they should stay as far away as possible from them.

According to BBB, people sign up to Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash thinking that they are online marketing agencies, where they will earn money by completing “tasks”. The money appears to increase on the platform’s dashboard after completing those tasks, but when the consumer tries to cash out their earnings, often when they reach some set requirements, they report that they are unable to retrieve the promised payment or contact the company for assistance.

BBB goes on to state that one possible purpose of such scams may be data harvesting, for the likely intent of selling the gathered information to spammers. There is also the possibility of identity theft.

Right below you can take a look at a few complaints left under the BBB profiles of Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash from people who have actually been scammed by the platforms.

Notion Cash BBB Scam Complaint 1

You can take a look at all the complaints under the BBB profiles of Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash by following the links right below:

While the fact that BBB has issued consumer alerts for Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash doesn’t quite prove that ShareCash is a scam as well, would you trust that a platform that is operating exactly like Kids Earn Money and Notion Cash and created by the exact same people would actually ever pay you?

I definitely wouldn’t…

After exposing all this dirt about ShareCash, I really can’t understand why would anyone want to even bother joining the platform unless their goal is wasting their time on a scam that will never pay them a single dime…

If this is the case with you, then yes, ShareCash.co is probably exactly what you are looking for.

On the other hand, if you actually want to earn money online, there are tons of other legit GPT platforms that will actually pay you for filling in surveys and completing other simple tasks, such as

However, just a heads up, GPT platforms aren’t really profitable, so don’t expect to earn much…

Maybe something between $100 – $200 per month AT BEST.

If you would like to earn more than a couple of hundred $$$ per month, ditch this review, forget about ShareCash.co, GPT platforms, and filling in surveys, and check this out instead

    1. Hey Lawrence, I’m sorry I’ve never heard of GramFree. A couple of reviews I read claimed that it’s a scam, so you might want to conduct further due diligence before investing more time and energy in it.

      I hope this helps!

      Best regards,

      Harry

  1. Hi sir, I am one of the fans of Sharecash…

Can I ask where I can confirm that the app or site I use is legit or not or they are registered or not in terms of security and paying commissions?

    1. Hey Raymond.

There isn’t any official website that lists all the scams or legit websites and/or apps but you can conduct your research by visiting websites like this.

If you want me to review a specific platform that you’re using, just let me know.

Also, in a few days, I’m going to publish a guide to identifying and avoiding scams, so make sure to stay tuned.

      Best regards,

      Harry

    1. Hi Antonio!

Cash App is not a scam but it’s not a money-making opportunity either.

Cash App is merely a mobile payment service developed by Square, Inc., allowing users to transfer money to one another using a mobile phone app.

      Best wishes,

      Harry

  2. Well, it’s just greed on their part. What does it cost them to give a little of their earnings back to users?

  3. Thank you so much for your detailed review of this wickedness to humanity.

I just started making use of this website, advertising this scam on some ad networks, have gotten some link clicks and referrals, unknown to me that am referring people to a potential threat.

Because I wasn’t fully convinced about their earning claims I decided to check out some reviews about this shit. I have deleted my advert about them on my social accounts and also want to do the same on the ad networks where I advertised them.

    Once more, thanks so much!

Please apart from Swagbucks and SurveyJunkie are there other websites you can recommend to me where I can raise some capital without investment that works worldwide?

    Thanks!

    1. Hi Onyemauche!

I’m so sorry to hear that you got scammed by ShareCash.co but I’m glad that my review helped you realize that the platform is actually a scam.

Swagbucks actually works worldwide… The link in my article is a referral link and that’s why it might not work in your country.

If you head over to swagbucks.com, you’ll be able to join the platform normally.

      Best wishes,

      Harry

  4. My teen daughter has fallen a victim to the same scam. That is frustrating – the time she spent on it.

My question, is the corporation is registered, will it be possible to locate them? Organize a class action lawsuit? This is super predatory and until stopped, will keep damaging more and more people.

Is there any way to contact them at all?

Also is there any authority that takes the fraudulent website down and condemns them? Thanks

    1. Hi Sinelga, I’m sorry to hear that your daughter got scammed by ShareCash.co

ShareCash is definitely not a registered corporation… Their domain name is also private, meaning that there’s no way to locate those who purchased it.

In addition, since those scammers seem to know what they are doing, I imagine that they will have probably purchased the domain name using fake information and a prepaid card.

This means that even if someone managed to get their hands on the info behind the domain name, they would probably get nowhere.

That being said, there’s no way to locate or contact the scammers.

I believe that the only one who could handle those scams is the FTC.

      I hope that this helps.

      Harry

  5. Well, I am not sure about today but I used sharecash.org like 6-7 years ago and it was working and paying me good , I earned like $4k+ from it not sure about today….I have payment proofs for that $100 transfer in account XD..

    1. Well, I’ve reviewed ShareCash.co, not ShareCash.org

I believe that you indeed earned money with ShareCash.org, I don’t need you to show me any payment proof.

      ShareCash.co is a scam.

You don’t have to take my word for it though… Use the platform and come back to let me know how many hours you wasted on it when you realize that you got played!

      Best wishes,

      Harry
